The living room

No space wasted, you enter directly into the living room

Smart use of white marble for the floor. Easy to clean.

Security doors to the balcony installed by the 1971-2017 owner! A fortress near the heart of Athens (Divani Caravel and Athens Hilton and many embassies).

Due to Greece's debt crisis (2010) the owners of the building's flats (6) decided years ago to remove the central boiler for heating and each flat to make its own arrangements. Thus you don't pay for others' heating tastes.

You save on electricity bills because the living has ample sunlight.

The 1971-2017 owner had installed an airconditioner which emits heat. Tested it and works fine.

Some replacement work under the sink.
